添多一個世界: 秋葵治療糖尿病 - 嚴浩

這裏有一個老番用的糖尿病偏方，應該是起源於印度，古老的印度也有很多偏方。這個偏方超級簡單：秋葵泡水。秋葵在香港的超市和街市都有賣，外文叫「Bhindi」，又叫「Okra」，又叫「Lady Finger」。 方法：新鮮秋葵（不要煮）兩隻，去頭去尾，切片，室溫開水一杯（不要熱水，不要冰水，把沸騰後的水涼至室溫），將秋葵放入開水中泡一個晚上，第二天早晨，濾渣後空腹飲用，兩個星期後血糖開始下降。有服用胰島素好幾年的患者，飲用秋葵水幾個月後就停止了服用胰島素，但仍然堅持飲用秋葵水。這個過程，請在醫生的監督下進行。 標籤： Health - Treatment.
