Arrived safely in Santiago and spent the first 28 Chile hours checking out the city.We went to a very touristy dinner place and then were escorted home by a gang of homeless dogs.(Ramona wasn t kidding when she said there are more dogs here then people! View my complete profile. Chile Team Extrordinaire. This is the green te. Thursday, February 02, 2006. Day 4 and 5. Snuck off for a visit to a nearby Mapuche home today. I thought Kristi was translating well for me until we were trying to figure out what they were building outside.and she said it was the rotissorie where they were going to cook the dog. Day 4 was about putting in floors, putting up ceiling beams and digging the sewer system.(ugh). This one is for Denise in Mississauga. End of Day 5.

Anyways.I have now become addicted to truffle making so unless I can come up with a new obsession, I will be forced to either buy a couple of extra fridges or take to the streets to give out truffles to the homeless. Our team met up on Saturday night.spent the next day touring the Mekong Delta.And then on Sunday night we drove about an hour from Ho Chi Minh City to Bien Hoa.(pop'l 100,000).the sight of our builds. Friday, July 06, 2007. Well I've gone from A to Z. the Arctic to Zanzibar and it's almost time to come home. I'm spending my last week in Stonetown in beautiful Zanzibar. at the Tembo Hotel. Stonetown is this maze of small streets and alleyways that guarantees that you'll get lost but if keep wandering, you will either end up at Market Street or at the Indian Ocean.
