What is a chili Dog? Ok so you wanna know what makes a great chilidog? Well lets start with the basics, click here for the definition of the Chili Dog. Http:/ www.thefreedictionary.com/chili dog. Next we have to start with a fresh roll. I like to grill the roll. I only use New England style rolls. Lightly butter the roll on each side. Then grill to a golden brown.
