Chimes is an American indie rock band that released its self-titled debut album independently in October 2013. The album was recorded at The Buddy Project Studio in Astoria, Queens, New York City and was produced by Kieran Kelly and mixed and engineered by Zach Berkman. Chimes was originally formed in 1998 in Atlanta, Georgia and re-formed to record its debut after being on hiatus from 2002 to 2012.
