The Chamblee Company in Flowood hired me to develop a new logo for a Jackson fixture, The Chimneyville Smokehouse restaurant. On High Street. This BBQ has been a staple of the downtown lunch and dinner crowd for years, and after being purchased by the Chamblee Company, needed a new identity for promotions and signage. We experimented with some sketches that ran the gamut between rustic, traditional, modern and historical - and finally landed something a little more light-hearted.
