A modern day Mae West. August 12, 2015. 2015 has proven to be my busiest year artistically to date. By the end of the year, I will have written for three sketch shows, directed two, and head-written for another. I also conceived, produced, and directed two shows for San Francisco Theater Pub, and established monthly shows for my improv team Chinese Ballroom. I continue to write for the collaborative blog Good Morning, Good Morning! The Holidays are Here! A Recap and a Look Ahead →. Enter your comment here.

A modern day Mae West. I’m Meg. Professionally, I’m known as Meghan Trowbridge. As a playwright, you will see me as Meghan Kathleen O’Connor. My assassin name is…wait, nevermind. Waits appropriate amount of time for you to forget the assassin thing…damnit. I live in San Francisco, where I write plays, sketch comedy, and website content for professional organizations. I sing around the city – professionally for churches, and under the influence of cocktails at Martuni’s. Originally from Minneapolis, MN.

A modern day Mae West. A Recap and a Look Ahead. January 7, 2016. Hard at work, directing Killing My Lobster’s September show. What a weird year. I managed to get by on freelance and contract work, and had the most productive, creative year of my life. Here is a quick recap:. Chinese Ballroom had a great year. We kicked off 2015 performing in SF SketchFest, and then got a monthly gig at PianoFight. You can see us in SketchFest again this month! I started writing and directing for Killing My Lobster.
