After our dinner at Restoran Peng Yew in Lawan Kuda, Gopeng, we made our way back to Ipoh. The night was still young and we were discussing about where we should go. After a hearty meal, someone suggested going to Kinta Riverfront to take a walk and it was agreed upon because our friends have not been there before. There is also a cafe where drinks and snacks are served.

We enjoyed our museum visit at the Kinta Tin Mining (Gravel Pump) Museum very much and as we walked out from the museum compound it was time for our lunch. My car was parked outside this Tin Village Econsave. We made a U-turn just before the entrance to Tunku Abdul Rahman University. I stopped the car at the road side and took a photo of this arch. Monday, April 27, 2015. So there's this low table sitting in my kitchen. Hubby got it from one of his friends about 8 months back. I didn't want it and was waiting for someone to take it. Wednesday, July 29, 2015. We had some 'excitement' with lice just before the durian trip. My sis discovered lice in her girls' hair. So I checked my girls and oh-oh. lice! Someone must have brought lice home from school! Ended up lots of people - Ah Kong and Ah Mah included - had to go through the process of dousing hair with lice shampoo and combing with a fine-toothed comb onto a piece of white paper (so that can see the lice and eggs). Maid: See this one? Got blood inside. It was sucking your blood.

Friday, October 31, 2014. Since then the 'attacks' hadn't been that bad or that long. Still, I would have them at least twice a day. I don't plan to be taking care of my grandchildren. but who knows? Collected the test results yesterday. The GP said everything looks fine. I didn't bother to enquire why they suggested a specialist - this is the most inefficient medical centre I've ever seen (they actually misplaced hubby's report and took ages to FIND it! I want to see more, A LOT more, of these two:.

As i move on. About me and my three sons. Monday, December 23, 2013. Aftermath of flood-Sg Isap. We visited our cousin Jamaliah home at Sg Isap. Which was flooded by about 1.5 meters of water for more than 2 days. Before it receded to hand in our family donation. Folks in the area lost almost everything. Because the flood waters breached the bund. In the early hours of the morning catching everyone off guard. Wei Yang and the water level stain on the wall. We pray for a speedy recovery from her fever.
