I am now at the halfway point of the intermediate patisserie course, which means that exams are less than a month away now. At the moment I am feeling less nervous about the exams than I was in basic as I sort of know what to expect. Well written, funny, engaging, with emotional ups and downs that make you want to grab a marathon training plan by the balls. I couldn’t put it down and I’ve already passed it on to a friend who will be tackling her first marathon in three and a half weeks. You don’t have to run fast, you just have to run.
