The Doctor had to fix his surgery he had back in March of 2008 by fusing C6 and C7 again. He also had to fuse C5 and C6. Surgery went well! Posted by Sharee Spotten. No Fuss Family Fare. Thursday, September 25, 2008. Fiesta Salsa and Cream Cheese Spread. This picture shows the salsa mixed together. I'll add the spread over cream cheese later. Prep time: 10 minutes. 1/4 cup apricot preserves or orange marmalade. 1 tablespoon finely shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese. 1 tablespoon chopped avacado. 1 tablespoon chopped ripe olives. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese. Mix salsa and preserves together. Place block of cream cheese on serving plate with shallow rim.

Using a paring knife - trim the dark green rind from a small seedless watermelon. Leave as much of the light green part of the rind as possible. Cut a small piece off the bottom, to give the watermelon a flat surface to sit on. Using a sharp knife, make cuts in the watermelon, creating a design to resemble a brain. No Fuss Family Fare. Thursday, September 25, 2008. German Pancakes with Sausage and Fiesta Salsa. A New Twist on an Family Favorite. Prep Time: 5 minutes plus pre-heat time. Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes. 4 Tablespoons margarine or butter. 6 medium or large eggs. 1/3 cup cooked ground sausage. Preheat the oven to 450°. While the oven is pre-heating, place margarine in a heavy metal pan (glass can be substituted if needed) and, put pan in oven so pan can heat and margarine can melt. Serve with Fiesta Salsa.
