Monday, December 10, 2012. The Island Peak Expedition for Education. In May 2013, I will be nuts enough to take part in a 22 days expedition that will hopefully transform the lives of many including mine. I will climb Island Peak, one of the satellite peaks of Mount Everest, summiting at 6189 meters (20.305 ft.). Additionally, further funds generated by the expedition will go towards the joint Primary School Extension Project of JVF-Nepal, Help Us Learn and our partner organisations. Links to this post.
