Time 4 Tea & Cake: GROW YOUR BLOG !
http://jotime4teaandcake.blogspot.com/2014/01/grow-your-blog.html
Friday, 24 January 2014. What a wonderful place to spend hours floating around in the lives. Of some of the most talented and gifted people. There's so much colour and creativity. I've spent many hours drinking tea and entering the homes. Of these lovely people. For me this year is all about the journey not the destination, and new beginnings. I wanted to record this new and exciting journey. I keep a personal journal where I write pages and pages of my deepest feelings and emotions. I (We) love to create.

Bits and bobs of my journey through life. I’m back :) →. April 7, 2013. We are having some lovely Autumn days at the moment, in the low to high 20’s, we have also had some good rain and so the ‘lawn’ has gone from burnt brown to mostly green again, everything looks a little brighter. I received a gift on Friday from my lovely bloggy friend Cuckoo. Four material and ribbon wrapped presents, what a lovely way to gift wrap. Some gorgeous heart and crystal ‘bunting’ and a Robin Redbreast mug. How gorgeous an...

Northfield Primitives: happy 1st birthday Mabel x
http://northfieldprimitives.blogspot.com/2012/06/happy-1st-birthday-mabel-x.html
Saturday, 16 June 2012. Happy 1st birthday Mabel x. My gorgeous little dog Mabel had her 1st birthday yesterday. Here are some highlights from the past year (in Mabel's. I have had so much fun over the past year. I love to explore in my garden, and chasing spiders is my favourite game on sunny days. When I was little I used to like to watch the washing go round in the machine, but now I mostly like to pretend I am asleep, then take things out of the washing machine when my mum isn't watching! Is it harsh...

Ju's musings on life...: Snippets of everyday conversation #22
http://ju-musings-on-life.blogspot.com/2015/05/snippets-of-everyday-conversation-22.html
Ju's musings on life. Welcome to these ramblings about the adventures of family life - with a co-parenting twist. So, who's Ju? Mum of two boys - The Eleven Year Old and The Four Year Old. Married to The Husband. Only child of The Mother. Friend to a selection of random lovelies collected along the way, aka The Friends. Tuesday, 19 May 2015. Snippets of everyday conversation #22. The three year old is sat on the loo having a pre-nursery wee (apologies if that's a little too much information).

Nelly's Eggs: August 2011
http://nellyseggs.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Friday, 26 August 2011. Understanding of the term 'no'. In the interest of positive parenting (reinforce the right behaviour / remove from the situation / blah de blah) I am trying not to use the word 'no' too much with Mabel. I don't want to end up standing in a precinct somewhere (probably smoking) eating / feeding a Greggs pasty whilst shouting 'no' to a child who barely notices my existence. However, with her new desire to grab EVERYTHING I find it coming out my mouth before I can help it. E was prob...

Nelly's Eggs: April 2011
http://nellyseggs.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, 30 April 2011. A right royal party! I adored the lace on Kate's wedding dress, was mesmorized by the strangely old fashioned yet somehow endearing traditions (imagine courtseying to your mother in law) and LOVED how genuinely happy they looked later in the day driving through London in an Aston Martin. Controversially I also liked the outfits of those slightly wayward princesses, I can’t help but love a bit of Vivienne Westwood ( http:/ www.flickr.com/photos/chicagofabulous/. Then we drove to G...

homebird: Fairy Lights and Geek Chic
http://the-home-bird.blogspot.com/2012/01/fairy-lights.html
Wednesday, 11 January 2012. Fairy Lights and Geek Chic. I've said it before but I love fairy lights. I have them all around the house. In fact, I think there is some kind of fairy light arrangement in every room apart from the kitchen and the bathroom (must rectify that). These cotton ball lights were a gift from Santa. I'm so happy with them and they are doing a grand job of putting a smile on this grumpy old boat race of mine at the moment. I picked up these Belle and Boo. This lovely little fella was ...
