Wednesday, August 15, 2007. So what's your favorite summer drink? Most people love mojitos on a hot summer day sitting on the patio. so do I. but what else do people drink in a hot hot summer day. A little twist on the good old fashion mojito. The twist is instead of using white rum. cojito uses malibu rum. Sounds delish. 1 and 1/2 sticks lemongrass, cut into 1/4-inch pieces. Juice of 2 limes. 1 and 1/2 teaspoons simple syrup, or to taste (recipe below). 1 paper-thin slice of peeled fresh ginger.

Monday, November 23, 2009. A morning in Borough Market. Me and couple friends went to the famous Borough Market in London over the weekend. It was lovely especially this time of the year. you can get fabulous mulled wine in a coffee cup for £2. We bought a bottle for about 4 quid. (we were shopping for our dinner event and going to make THE dish later on that day. the full menu will be revealed very soon! For lunch. YUM. Made from Swiss Raclette cheese. At the same time. Scrapped on boiled potatos hmmmm .

Monday, April 2, 2007. I took a friend from out of town to Granville Island over the weekend. Wish I could had took more pictures. I was too busy looking at the cakes, puffs, strawberry fruit tarts and all the interesting pastries even though I don't eat any of those. I don't eat sweet stuff.
