Alena wants to see everything …. Awesome summer with my family and friends! Thinking about the nature (with cats). I hate to get up in the morning and to go for a run. But there is something about it. Just the thinking about the environment around me – fresh ocean air, thousands of sea birds, lava stones, snowy mountains, blueish water, black beaches with colorful pieces of shells. And I can be part of this nature and share its energy.It always makes my morning running routine easier. Udržme si to hezký!

Alena wants to see everything …. The sad story from my Cambodian friend. This is my friend Lee. She is one of the youngest and the best thai massage therapist. But she is also from Cambodia. She cant read and write. She has never attended a school. We can understand to each other only via sound in translator and only when I ask her. I feel really sad. Life in Cambodia is not easy. This is the first time when I ve met someone like Lee. Can t describe how I feel after I somehow got this story from her.

Alena wants to see everything …. Jungle Trek in Koh Chang. My first trek was in the North part of the island. At first I ve decided to take the medium difficulty level which means cca 5 hours walk. The longest takes about 8 hours which might be really difficult in the hot humid weather. Especially when you come from the winter in the Europe. Anyway it was a great trip.
