Some Of My Favorite Recipes. Saturday, April 14, 2012. I was at a loss one night as to what to prepare for dinner. I searched my fridge and cabinets and put some things together. I wasn't sure what exactly to call it, so it doesn't have the best name. I hope you enjoy, my family and I did! 1 1/4 lb ground beef. 1/2 small onion, chopped. 1/2 small green bell pepper, chopped. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes. 2 pkgs taco seasoning. 1 can (15.25 oz) black beans. Approx 1/8 tsp salt and pepper.
