Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Contrary to belief, the picture of a bodybuilder, the runner that can run all day without much need for a rest, or the person that does not cough, sneeze, or have a fever is not an absolute example of health.
