My two favourite foam rolling areas that I derive maximum benefit from are the Iliotibial (IT) Band and your thoracic spine. The IT Band is often neglected simply because it hurts, and the Thoracic Spine is often done improperly. Spend roughly 5 minutes per leg at least 3-5 times per week. My parents Toyota Rav4 took up the task as team hauler. I really do need to get a large pick up truck, as the Rav struggled quite a bit on the trek to and from Bancroft.
