Welcome to the home of Chittlins’ BBQ Sauce! It all started with my love of pigs and cooking. I think pigs are the funniest and not to mention the best tasting farm animals out there. I’ve had pigs in the past as pets and they eventually ended up on the smoker. Although they were very good after a long slow smoking, there was something missing. In trying to come up with a name, the only one that sounded like it was meant to be was the name of my favorite pig of all, CHITTLIN. He would have been proud!
