January 23rd, 2009 (08:38 pm). I really want to make some comment, but for best effect, you really need to explore the Pomegranate Phone. That has got to be the oddest viral marketing I've ever seen. And for. what exactly? Posted by: M (. Posted at: January 23rd, 2009 09:22 pm (UTC). So long to load, after got to the 'punchline' it made me want to bomb the place. Posted by: Confused (. January 16th, 2009 (06:18 pm). I don't know how many of you read this who won't have heard from other people already, but it's Film Unit's 60th anniversary this year, and they are apparently putting on some kind of reunion celebration on or around the 21st February. A bunch of old timers have fallen off my friends list; some of them are still there but probably don't read any more - but I see. And a couple of others kicking around in there. If you could make sure people like. Posted by: Tiggothy (. Have ...

Adventures of a World-Wandering Magpie. Green Wing: Not Impressed. 2nd Mar, 2013 at 8:24 AM. I wasn't planning to write a review of Green Wing. But it seems I am not going to be able to sleep until I do. First, let me start by saying this is a weird show. I have no problem with weird. There were a lot of things I enjoyed - enough to keep me watching through almost 20 hours of television in the hope of a satisfying resolution - but there were other things that pretty much ruined the show for me. I am stil...

What would you look for in a personal statement?: archivists
http://archivists.livejournal.com/45104.html
Behind Blue Eyes (. What would you look for in a personal statement? I'm a British undergraduate with an application in progress for a place on an archiving course and I've just been asked to supply a personal statement. I wonder if anyone in this group would be able to provide any advice onwhat aproach to take when writing one suitable for a university application; what you would especially mention and, probably more importantly, what not to include. The Power of Two - Fred and George - PG-13. For those of you who don't know, I started writing this story over three years ago. Who has been pestering me to get it done for almost as long as we have been together. The Power of Two: A Tale of the Second War. PG-13 for character death and violence. Autumn 1996 - Spring 1998. Appraisal failures: archivists
http://archivists.livejournal.com/45552.html
I'm giving a presentation on archive appraisal, and was hoping you guys could give me a hand with something. I'm going to tilt the discussion towards proving how subjective and difficult appraisal actually is, and to do so I wanted to talk about some mistakes/failures of appraisal in the past (ie- "Oh this is useless, throw it away/don't take it" and then it turns out to be of vital significance). Can anyone help me with some examples of (in)famous appraisal flubs? But I can't seem to locate any others.
