My Half-Sized Life...: December 2012
http://myhalfsizedlife.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 31, 2012. So Long, Farewell 2012. 2012what a glorious and beautiful year. I am a little sad to see it end! I do believe it has been the best year of my life so far, yet I know the years to come will be just as grand! Plansoh how I love a great plan! Now that this Chix has a little peanut in her tummy, my focus will change a bit but will not be forgotten. For now the goal to be half my size is on hold. My job right now is grow a healthy baby. What does this mean? Saturday, December 8, 2012.

Tuesday, December 4, 2012. It's been awhile.I've been running. It's been such a long time time since I've shared with all of you. What a crazy 5 months it has been! So many thing have happened! Summer flew by, fall is gone and the end of the year is quickly approaching. My journey is still underway and I am continually achieving great strides and learning new things about myself along the way. Then when you combined all three events it was a whole other experience. August 4th was the day I put my sho...

My Half-Sized Life...: Run Jenn Run
http://myhalfsizedlife.blogspot.com/p/run-jenn-run.html
Let's run.why not? If someone were to tell me that at the end of 2011 I would refer to myself as a runner, I would have laughed and told them they were crazy! My next race in May was hard. It seemed like it would never end. I kept asking myself "What are you doing? I thought I had lost my mind, but when I came up the hill toward the finish line, there were Tish and Rebekah standing on a boulder yelling in to a megaphone. I gave eve. Seconds later that "high" of accomplishment showed up. I loved it! I kep...

http://myhalfsizedlife.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 20, 2012. This Is It, Don't Get Scared Now! I love this quote! Kevin said it right before the bandits invaded his house while the rest of the family was away. As for me, I use it because in one short week the Illinois Half Marathon will be here. Tomorrow's last long run will end my 13 weeks of training. It's been an amazing road and I feel absolutely ready and excited to run this race! I cannot wait for next weekend! Come and show support to all the runners on Saturday, April 28th in Champa...

My Half-Sized Life...: PCOS
http://myhalfsizedlife.blogspot.com/p/pcos.html
So glad to be able to share your journey! January 17, 2012 at 8:27 PM. I too struggled w/pcos! It took 3longer years and 100 lbs later to finally diagnose. I also had endometriosis. Double whammy! I struggled w/infertility for years. I was on one med that was supposed to help my insulin resistence and it about killed me. However it worked and I got pregnant. Not long after that medication was taken off the market because of its possible dangerous reactions.which I had all! God bless and stay streong!

My Half-Sized Life...: May 2012
http://myhalfsizedlife.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 14, 2012. From his abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another. John 1:16. I was speechless and in shock. In fact, I do believe I stepped on the scale of few times just to double check. That beautiful number also ment I had hit 90 total pounds lost. Tish and Rebekah were estatic and hoots and hollars were received from my fellow Chix. It was an awesome feeling and funny to think how a number on a scale made me walk a little taller that day! Possibly one the best days of...

My Half-Sized Life...: My Story
http://myhalfsizedlife.blogspot.com/p/my-story.html
It wasn't until the day I went to the doctor for my yearly female exam that my worst fears became reality. My blood pressure was ridiculously high, 156/130 and I was put on medication. Even more devastating than that, I was told I had PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome). Something that was not necessarily life threatening, but would change the course of my life. I am so excited to read more of your posts! January 17, 2012 at 9:04 PM. You GO, Jen! You are an inspiration! January 17, 2012 at 9:32 PM. My na...
