Athens, the capital of Greece. Of course, let's not forget one of the most important places in Greece. Athens also played a great part in Greek mythology. It was said that Athena and Poseidon once competed to become the patron of this wondrous city. Athena won in the end and the city Athens was named after her. We were in Athens for about 2D1N before we departed for Mykonos. And another 2D1N after our trip to Crete. Changing of the guards at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Dressed in their traditional u...

Have you ever joined a colour run? Or a "color" run, for those who uses American English but who cares? It's a fun run. If you ever get the chance to participate in one, my advice is to just go for it. You may end up with colours on your shirt, on your hair, heck, even somewhere on your face but it's a fun experience so why not? I joined one organised by The Color Run. Last Sunday. So I ended up looking like this:. I seriously love the light blue colour. Y U NO GIVE ME MORE LIGHT BLUE. And my mom and aunt.

A walk among the tombstones. A Walk Among The Tombstones (a little ranting included). Due a promise to my sister, I watched A Walk Among The Tombstones. Starring Liam Neeson last Thursday, alone (instead of the long-anticipated The Maze Runner). She hasn't had a chance to watch The Maze Runner so I had to wait for her. but hey, I'm not complaining. It's Liam Neeson kicking asses. Directed by Scott Frank, this movie is based on a Lawrence Block novel. A drug trafficker, Kenny Kristo. Methodically stalks t...

http://lurvethelife.blogspot.com/2015/06/a-trip-to-mykonos-greece.html
A Trip to Mykonos, Greece. Warning: This is going to be quite a long post with dozens of photos. I completely abandoned my blog for quite a while now, being a little busy with memorising TV schedules and watching episodes after episodes of NCIS and Castle and whatever movies they are showing on HBO (finale to GoT season 5 included). As the post title suggested, this is not a post on TV shows and me being geeky. Oops. Look at the number of people queuing for the next ferry. Eep. Then, we were greeted by t...

Suki-Ya at Paradigm Mall. So, mom decided to go to Paradigm Mall to watch a boxing event and a movie after. After some walking about with my bro and sis, we decided to go for Suki-Ya. It's is our first time there as the other Suki-Ya we went to is at Pavilion. Mom wasn't hungry so it was just me and my siblings. Well, they're both below 12 so. it wasn't TOO expensive. A little maybe? They don't eat much though. There are also sushi available at the counter. They come and go fast, mind you. Also, you can ...

Eat at 18, Jalan Hang Lekiu, Malacca. It was a boring Sunday afternoon and I was watching cartoons (yes, I watch cartoons) when my aunt suggested that we go to this cafe near Jonker Street. At first, I was puzzled as I don't spot anything like a cafe when she parked her car. Then, I noticed a small shop tucked in the middle of two other shop lots. There are two small tables available outside. I just have to say that I absolutely adore the decor! My Hot Chocolate served with Chocolate Truffles. The only t...
