Think Different; Think Rachel!: April 2015
http://happy-girl-rach.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Think Different; Think Rachel! Tuesday, April 21, 2015. His family had already bought tickets, but Scott thought he would be participating in a play that weekend, so he didn't plan on going. However, he ended up doing a different play instead, so he was suddenly available! We ordered quickly and then waited a bit for our food. They handed us our bags and we rushed to the car at lightning speed! Once the show started, we quickly realized that all of the crazy rushing around to get there was well-worth it!

Think Different; Think Rachel!: Flashback: 2014
http://happy-girl-rach.blogspot.com/2015/01/flashback-2014.html
Think Different; Think Rachel! Thursday, January 1, 2015. I feel like this year has been crazy and that so much has happened, but when I look back at my pictures, it looks like a relatively ordinary year! I guess it's kind of cool that life, itself, was the big even this year, rather than just doing random cool things! Here's a little glimpse into my 2014 experience! I remember being a teenager and in my early twenties too, I guess, and being so concerned about my New Year's Eve plans! A few days later, ...

Guilt-Free Mom’s Weblog. August 11, 2009. 8212; by Victoria @ 12:30 pm. The other day I was driving in the car with my 3-year old son, listening to my iPod through the car radio. The song Ballroom Blitz by Sweet (circa) came on and I started jamming old school . Aidan was singing right along! Curious what he was singing, I turned down the radio and cracked up listening to him sing , On the liston the list . No matter how hard I tried to convince him, he wouldn’t hear of it. This happens to us too! I’ve b...

Think Different; Think Rachel!: West Side Story!
http://happy-girl-rach.blogspot.com/2015/03/west-side-story.html
Think Different; Think Rachel! Monday, March 30, 2015. Every year, as part of Scott's birthday celebration, we go on an adventure. This year we went to San Diego to see West Side Story at Spreckels Theatre. It was awesome! Fortunately, it was totally worth the wait! He had actually planned on going there to get his nephew's 1st birthday present, which he did that night. I just think it's super cool that I got to introduce someone else to a place that I have such fond childhood memories of. After dinner, ...

Think Different; Think Rachel!: Take a Hike!
http://happy-girl-rach.blogspot.com/2015/04/take-hike.html
Think Different; Think Rachel! Sunday, April 12, 2015. One morning a few weeks ago, I woke up around 5 am and had this crazy desire to go on a hike. For a minute or two, I considered driving out to Palm Springs to hike Tahquitz Falls like I did during Spring Break last year and then I decided that I didn't want to drive that far and that this was the perfect day to try out Etiwanda Falls! I had heard about it, but had never been. So, I googled directions and then went for it! I Cook Do You?

Think Different; Think Rachel! Monday, January 12, 2015. The First Adventure of 2015: Universal Studios! For Christmas, Scott and I both ended up getting annual passes to Universal Studios, so on January 2nd, we decided to use them! Hooray for starting the year off with a bang! It was pretty crowded, but we still got to see all of the shows and hit most of the rides. The next thing we did was wait 40 minutes for the Back-Lot Tour and, of course, had this song. We did, indeed, have a tramtastic day! At ti...

Guilt-Free Mom’s Weblog. August 11, 2009. Does your elevator take people up? 8212; by Victoria @ 12:33 pm. Would it surprise you to know research shows that 80% of people have increased productivity after being praised for their work? Or that when children are praised for their efforts, and not their intelligence, they have improved scores on some tests by 30% and were eager to tackle harder tests? What about hair stylists garnering better tips by giving customers compliments on their new look? I donR...
