24 December 2010 @ 04:52 pm. When Jack was young Christmas was different. On Boeshane they celebrated but it was different. It was still a time for family. When Jack was with the Doctor and Rose, Christmas tended to be a time of fighting aliens and lots of running. When Jack got stuck on Earth, Christmas passed either in a drunken haze, doing Torchwood business, or as it had been for a long time, being alone. Now Jack has found something that makes Christmas fun, exciting and something he looks forward to.
