The Main Office for U3A Hawthorn is situated at 26 Sinclair Avenue, Glen Iris on the site previously occupied by the Glen Iris Bowling Club [Melways 59 G6]. At this location, referred to as th Sinclair Avenue Campus, we also have 2 classrooms and a Main Hall capable of seating some 120 people. Click here for a map. The nearest railway station is Gardiner. On the Glen Waverley line. There is a tram service via Burke Road and Commercial/Malvern Road; catch tram Number 72. And alight at stop number 52.

We are lucky that the U3A Hawthorn's Sinclair Avenue campus is right on the Gardiners Creek bike trail with links to many excellent rides via other bike trails. Link to Trail Maps. It's the current end of the Hobson Bay Council's network of bayside bike trails - past Altona at the head of Port Phillip Bay.
