On the Run: September 2011
http://corunnermom.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 23, 2011. First Day of Fall. At this point, I think we've all come to understand why I only committed to the S.O.B. Once school and Bible study and soccer and football and run club and math olympiad and college football and pumpkin eating-season begin, I'm toast. Plus, people around here want laundered clothes and food at regular intervals. These pictures I finally uploaded are from our Labor Day hike up Devil's Head. Lilly shimmied up this rock with no plan to get down. At the top of D...

Enjoyable Journey: April 2009
http://enjoyablejourney.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Saturday, April 18, 2009. What on earth were Jeremy and I going to do with these little babies? I'd like to remember. I'd like to know all you are. I'd like to know everything you'll be. Where will you go? What will you do? When the world's right in front of you. When I think of how slowly life passes by. Then I'll blink and you're growing. No longer a child. What I can do, to capture this moment in time. Is to sing you a lullaby. When will you laugh?

Enjoyable Journey: This is getting really old....
http://enjoyablejourney.blogspot.com/2010/03/this-is-getting-really-old.html
CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Friday, March 12, 2010. This is getting really old. I recently found myself saying this phrase regarding something that my children were doing that to me was truly getting really old. After that "moment" was over I realized that there are a lot of things that get really old, but many things that will never get old. But like irritations, these things too will soon be gone. To Jeremy, that never got old! I was pretty sure I would. I used to get so very ti...

On the Run: July 2010
http://corunnermom.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 30, 2010. Look what I found on clearance at Target today:. Ye Olde Slip n' Slide. Honestly, not as great as I remembered from days of yore. But the kids still had fun. Sort of. There was a lot of arguing, squabbling, and all-around bickering. But the {bad} pictures make it look like we had a ball. Part of me is glad that when I am old and wearing elastic pants, I won't remember the details of today's arguments. Because they were 100% ridiculous. And maybe which swim suit to wear next. I thou...

On the Run: Can We Talk?
http://corunnermom.blogspot.com/2011/09/can-we-talk.html
Saturday, September 03, 2011. I am having some serious meal planning/preparation issues. This is what my fridge looks like. I asked the kids and NO, they didn't want to eat rotting meat, expired yogurt, and pickles for dinner. Each week starts with grand ambitions and sometimes even a menu{! That looks like this:. F-grilled balsamic bbq chicken. But our reality last week looked like:. M-take and bake pizza. W-pot roast (the fancy microwave kind from costco). F-peanut butter chocolate chip waffles. I have...
