Food I love to eat. Tuesday, January 13, 2009. 400g (500ml) white sugar. Cherries, nuts, etc for on top. Place paper cake forms in kolwyntjie. Beat eggs and sugar for 15minutes (yes, 15min! Sift flour and powder and salt. Fold in egg mix. Heat margarine and milk together until melted. Mix with flour mixture. Dish in forms 2/3 full and garnish with cherries/nuts/etc. Bake at 180c for 12 minutes until golden brown. 500ml (2k) cake flour. 10ml (2t) baking powder. 25ml (1/2t) dry parsley. Oil for deep fry.

Food I love to eat. Sunday, February 15, 2015. 1/4 cup plain unsweetened acidophilus yogurt. 250 mls freshly squeezed orange juice. 1/4 cup liquid honey. 200 mls pouring cream. 250 mls full fat milk. Mix 125ml sugar, 20ml cocoa, and 500ml boiling water together. pour over the dough and bake for 40 minutes at 180c. Melt butter and beat eggs in. Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture, and the milk. Boil 2 cups of water and scoop spoons full in. Steam for 15 minutes. Mix 1 cope sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon butter and 1 egg with 2 cups boiling milk. Pour over the dum...Make a white sauce.
