One 3oz bag crab boil spices such as Zataran’s. 4 tsp koser salt. 2 pounds medium shrimp shelled and deveined if you wish (I buy frozen raw, already peeled/deveined). 2 cups vegetable oil ( I cut this down to 1 cup). 1 cup red wine vinegar. 1/2 cup fresh lime juice. 2 tbs Creole mustard. 2 tsp black peppercorns. 2 tsp fennel seeds. 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes.
