Neither of us have ever stayed in a hotel in Brighton so I don't know that we are the ones to recommend, but the one listed is a budget priced hotel near the wedding venue. If you want something nicer, Brighton is an extremely tourist friendly town and there is loads of nice if pricey beach front accomodation. This is what google is for ;).
