The latest news is that once again his conviction has been over turned as unsafe by US Court of Appeals. They made the same decision 2 and a half years ago, but the prosecution appealed, and the US Supreme Court ruled that the Appeal might not have been procedurally correct, so Kenny stayed on Death row. JonBenet Ramsey arrest made.
