Saturday, January 31, 2009. This past week I have spent some quality time with the rowers, including visiting Lucy Cavendish College for a "Formal Hall." (Cambridge students traditionally to wear gowns on these occasions, and the undergrads are required to wear them for exams. Hence the nickname "Gownies." ) A few male rowers and coaches joined us. It nice to see people dressed up instead of in exercise clothes at 7am! Afterwards we went to the St George pub for hot chocolate, yummmm! Victoria and Albert...

http://camillas-kitchen.blogspot.com/2009/06/is-that-pork-in-my-lasagna.html
Monday, June 15, 2009. Is that Pork in my Lasagna? The ricotta recipe is REALLY simple (see the post below). I had fresh ricotta in about 20 minutes, while chopping up the other ingredients. Lasagna in a land where beef is scarce. Aka 500g) of ground pork. 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley and basil. Fry pork until ...

http://lorisbritishadventure.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 21, 2008. So I ran into some hurdles the past few weeks as I prepared to leave for England. It's been more of a chance for God to show His. Faithfulness and my dependence. First, I found out that orientation does not start until October 2. When I bought my ticket, the website read one week early, Sept. 25. Praise Jesus that I was able to move my flight one week without charge! Otherwise, I will have to push it back another few days (not my favorite option.). Friday, September 12, 2008.

I've eaten it three times in the last 2 days. I kid you not. But first, why cabbage? Fried Cabbage on Toast. Basic Honey-G...
