Tuesday, May 12, 2009. At the brewery drinking my first pint. Driving the rental car. They don't look Irish do they? At the Guiness brewery obviously. We were so tired from our 6 hour flight, being up for 19 hours, and drinking a few Guiness' that we had to take a cab to our hostel which was a 10 minute walk away. This sign means; "Don't drive your facking car off the facking dack". The coastal city of Bray. Glendaloch. A really old monastery. This the Temple Bar area; where all the tourist bars are.

We weren't sure where we would end up, but I was interested in going through the Fraser Canyon along Highway 1 north of Hope. The site was spectacular, with rushing water to watch, bears to observe, and passing train cars to count. We didn't even put the fly up, so we could look up at the stars through our tent's mesh roof. And watch the fish jumping in the lake.

Welcome to Chris and Kari's Page. So what have we been up to lately? Not much really we did decide on a Wedding date. March 19th now we are in the process of finalizing the details. The invitations are being printed so if you haven't heard yet you will! Meanwhile speaking about parties. Chris' 40th birthday is coming up. Hopefully we will do something fun for it.
