Thursday, July 30, 2009. Evie was pretty excited to have two things she loved in one- a ball and candy inside the ball! We went to a community easter egg hunt. It was a lot of fun and there were a ton of people there. Luckily we started where there wen't a lot of people so Evie and Gabe got serious candy. This was Great Grandpa's chair. Gabe and Grandma doing wii fit together :). Evie would not take her baby off, it was pretty cute. Both Grandparents at dinner in Ut. Evie with Grandma and Grandpa Lambert.

We figured this part of our trip deserved its own post since it took up a large part of one day and was really interesting. The boat ride over was really beautiful and the island itself was so interesting. Today was finally the day I got to go to the Big Goodwill - Keri and I went to DI and Goodwill in Federal Way and I found some good stuff which made me want to continue the treasure hunting. She said the big one was big, but I couldn't picture it - it was HUGE and I found dozens of treasures including two beautiful bowls for my china cabinet. Sunday, August 2, 2015. While Keri went to a Relief Society shindig we visited a nearby Splash Park. It was not hot and the water was cold so the splashing didn't last long. But it was a pretty cool splash park! We had several art afternoons in addition to all the costume making for a play the kids put on on Sunday night. We didn't go anywhere spectacular to celebrate but had a nice night out to celebrate (we went to Flagstaff last month for a friend's wedding and "counted" that as our trip). Here's what I remember from our first 10 years:. 1 Always put the toilet paper with the paper going over, not under. 3 If I love something for dinner, don't have it all the time or you'll grow to hate it.
