Monday, January 23, 2006. It's what's up top. week 7. Hiddee Ho. well last week the roof for the deck finally went on, and it is just awesome! Reduced from $149 to $20! For the past week we have also been without an oven so Dunk and I have been experimenting with cooking on the bbq - and we've had some great outcomes. Tuesday, October 17, 2006. Jig jog jig jog jigga jog gee. Last Saturday we ventured to the races to celebrate Ken's birthday. We had a great time and Isla enjoyed all the new sights and smells. Monday, February 27, 2006. Cooking up a Storm. The long awaited Kitchen has arrived! And we are very pleased with how it looks. first here is a picture of when it the kitchen was delivered in all it's pieces. So now all that's left to do is to get the wall re-done where the old kitchen sink was (see pic below), get the loo walls done as well, and to get the floors re-polished. Anyway, all is well. Saturday, May 20, 2006. Happy *Corrected* Birthday Isla! Yay, Happy "corrected" birthday to Isla. she has finally reached her due date which was the 15th May. Sorry for not blogging sooner but it is amazing how few things you can get done with such a little thing like Isla. So here are Isla's stats:. 24th March / 15th May. Actual bday / corrected bday. Weight: 2.1kg / 3.6kg. Length: 44.5cm / 51 cm. Head : 30cm / 35.8cm. Isla's aunty Sue has arrived from the UK so here she is giving our girl a big cuddle.

Thursday, July 13, 2006. Working in the yard. Duncan has been very productive during his holidays from school - he has been building our new vege garden. And building a garden and path alongside the deck. Isla was keen to help her daddy out in the garden, but as responsible parents, we made sure she had sun protection.
