Friday, May 6, 2011. Well we have officially been living in the house for the past 2 months! It has gone so fast. There is a lot to report so here are a few pics of what we have been up to:. Front landscaping is well under way (a whole lot of turf and not much else). The letterbox, feature side fence/gate and porch deck have been completed. Gardens are yet to come. Sunday, March 6, 2011. Well it has been a very busy week since our handover last Monday. Its is a very nice feeling to have those keys in hand. Overall we are quite happy with the house a few little defects came out of the handover inspection but they should all be rectified by the end of this week. This is the week of the big move! Friday, October 29, 2010. As suspected we didnt end up getting any concrete this week which is a shame as the weather was really good. All the formwork, void formers and reo are in place ready for the pour. The 'Plantation Homes' place two doors down is now at the same point as us so hopefully we will both get some concrete placed early in the week ready for the arrival of our frame on Tuesday! Saturday, February 26, 2011. After a week of bank hassles (they wouldn't issue the check until the site clean was finished) we finally have a cheque in hand ready for handover 8am tomorrow morning! We called out to the house yesterday to do our own final defects check but the painter was still in there working away so looks like we will have to do it on the run tomorrow. Friday, January 28, 2011. A quick update. We now have kitchen appliances! His and hers ovens :-). Microwave and gas cook top (with wok burner! Plus there is a dishwasher sitting in the pantry. Not sure what happened to the slide out range hood. There have been some more deliveries in readiness for the the coming week/s. Hopefully we will see the plumber and electrician make an appearance this week. It would also be nice to see the carpenters come through and fix up a few bits and pieces as well. Same top...

Monday, July 25, 2011. Matthew borrowed his friend's car and found himself a date! Such a gentleman, he made her get out and push! Looks like Matthew has more game than Jonathan. This was Jonathan's 1st date! He may have started younger, but at least Matthew's date was a real girl :). Sunday, July 24, 2011. Still squeezing the most out of the summer, Chris and Clara went to Woodward Park today with the Coulter's. To do some bike riding. Clara took along Jonathan's bike since it's breaks are way better!
