Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Custard Square asked me to create an animated greeting card using cute dinosaur characters. And of course, I said 'yes'. Before I go on, here is the final animation:. The following are some dino-suit concepts. There was a lot of choreography involved also (and lucky for you, the films of myself dancing like a drunk clown have been erased). And after that were samples of the dancing dinos. Here's a couple:. Like any other animation, it was lot of hard work (the whole thing had...

Wednesday, December 1, 2010. I was asked to design a front page for the Dinosawus website. The expansion of the virtual world wasn't quite portrayed by our old design. Here are some concepts. And the final - with the help of our design employees (Frederick and Zcarina), we were able to speed up and finish the swf animation for our website. Hurray! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Anna at DinoSawUs: Shout-outs Galore
http://annasawus.blogspot.com/2010/12/shout-outs-galore.html
Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Here are a very small handful of shout-out pages I designed. The colour design to make things more child-friendly is always a challenge since I don't ever want to recycle through what I have already used (and kids would totally pick that out). It is all about originality! Some of the colour schemes are more dessert-driven. As I remember being incredibly inspired by lollies and ice creams when I was growing up. And I still am. Anna at DinoSawUs: Handbook Concepts
http://annasawus.blogspot.com/2010/12/handbook-concepts.html
Tuesday, January 11, 2011. Here are some old concept drawings I did of handbooks that was initially going to be for the Adventures. From what I remember I think the pop-ups and dialogue boxes in Adventures just got too cluttered. So we ended up settling for scrolls instead. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ah yes. Finally it is done. We have had a lot of changes lately. Moving to Olympia is one of them. So every project was put on hold for a few weeks. But des. Monopoly - House Rules For Kids.

Thursday, October 21, 2010. After obsessing over every little detail for this multi-player game, it is finally finished. Kudos to our programmer who spent sleepless nights trying to make the right decisions to make me happy. Here is the more improved game play scene of Splat (with some detailed clutter):. This is the shop interface where you buy more weapons to destroy your opponent with:. And where would we be without instructions? For the viewers' convenience:. And the animation graphics!

Anna at DinoSawUs: Jun 18, 2010
http://annasawus.blogspot.com/2010_06_18_archive.html
Friday, June 18, 2010. Among many interface designs I was asked to design, this one took me the longest. Usually the concepts begin as we are still trying to figure out what we want, so it's a never easy task. These couple of images are what I had in the beginning. And once I have basic designs laid out, we start to add more functions which need buttons/ and other visual elements. And voila. Here's the final. The yellow circles are masks to where the avatar faces appear. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
