Unfortunately, this DLL only existed in the Global Assembly Cache on my work machine. Microsoft provides no easy mechanism for copying DLLs out of the GAC. I am sure third party tools to accomplish this goal are readily available, however I found an article by Patrick Wellink. Design by Robbie Williams.
