Random thoughts on religion, sports, and life. Asymp; Leave a comment. I had some lofty goals in 2013, run the Hogeye Half, complete the Tough Mudder in Dallas, and lose 25 lbs. I completed 2 of the 3 and bailed on the 3rd to go to NYC instead. Here’s an overview of 2013! Disney World in January. These pictures were taken a year apart, Easter 2012, the first day I started running and April 2013 1 year of running and maing myself better. Color Run Tulsa in April. Cancer Challenge 10K and 5K. Random thoughts on religion, sports, and life. Asymp; Leave a comment. The first run of this year was the Hogeye Half, last year I ran it in 2:31, this year I ran it in 2:13. I felt really good during this race, I wanted to break 2:15 for this race since it is so hilly. I knew I’d comfortably get that, but wouldn’t break 2:10 so I cruised into the finish. Here is the entire Sloth team, Heather decided to have her knee fixed so she couldn’t run. Asymp; Leave a comment. Asymp; Leave a comment. With Jeff Lo...

Boston Marathon | chrisbosch

Random thoughts on religion, sports, and life. Asymp; Leave a comment. I had planned on writing a blog post tonight about my experience yesterday running the Hogeye Half-Marathon. I had planned on talking about how awesome it was, how proud I was of myself, and how I can’t wait to do another one. That was my plan until the bombing in Boston happened. In the days or weeks to come, I will write the post about my experience at the Hogeye. Larr; Previous post. Next post →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

a Chandler and Paisley sky: February 2015
http://michellelynnehurst.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 23, 2015. February 23, 2015. Thirty-four weeks ago, for the first time, Dusty and I heard our sweet babies' heartbeats. Chandler boy's measured 117 and Paisley girl's measured 121. It was the beginning of our dream come true. We fell in love with those two, itty-bitty babies. At that moment, we knew our lives would never be the same. Here we are. My due date. I knew we'd never reach this date pregnant. I just always thought I'd be home with our sweet babies on this date. I can't believe ...

a Chandler and Paisley sky: July 2015
http://michellelynnehurst.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 22, 2015. As I mentioned in my previous post, I said I would go into more detail about my FET process. Although it didn’t work out in a pregnancy, other than a chemical pregnancy, I still want to blog about this to document this, as it is another step in mine and Dusty’s journey to have children here on earth. So, as I said, after a delay where I missed my cycle, we began the frozen embryo transfer process on April 23. I called my nurse when my cycle started, and had a slight freak out.

a Chandler and Paisley sky: May 2015
http://michellelynnehurst.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Well I haven't been on here much. We did a frozen embryo transfer on May 12. Everything was "perfect". Our perfect little embryo thawed perfectly, and the transfer went about as smoothly as it can go. We had our repeat on the 23rd. It was great! The number doubled. It was exactly 70. The doctor was "cautiously optimistic" and we were thrilled. We just KNEW we had a late implanter and all would be good. Once again, I am shattered. Dusty is broken. This isn't fair. The nerve of peo...

a Chandler and Paisley sky: Our Limp
http://michellelynnehurst.blogspot.com/2015/08/our-limp.html
Tuesday, August 4, 2015. I’ve often thought about how mine and Dusty’s lives will never be the same after losing Chandler and Paisley. I think about how our lives have shattered, broken into millions of pieces, and impossible to find all the pieces to even begin to attempt to glue it back together. The missing holes are just too big. There is too much gone. Pieces from mine and Dusty’s hearts have been torn out; leaving a gaping hole that will never be filled. And I don’t mind that at all. Three weeks ag...

a Chandler and Paisley sky: March 2015
http://michellelynnehurst.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 30, 2015. For now, one of the things we are doing, is participating in our local March for Babies on Saturday, April 4. Our team has done amazing! Here is the photo for our march page. It is one of our Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep pictures, and one I will cherish forever. Love our sweet little babies so much. Our team page is marchforbabies.org/ChandlerandPaisley. After the walk, I'll be sure to post pictures. Thanks to everyone who has donated, bought a shirt, and joined our team! This man i...

a Chandler and Paisley sky: October 2014
http://michellelynnehurst.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 30, 2014. Worst 3 Days of Our Lives. We feel so empty. We feel so dead. My whole family is grieving for our babies. I hurt like I've never hurt before in my life. I don't know when, or if, I'll feel like blogging again. Monday, October 20, 2014. Dusty started a new job today! We knew he would, in God's timing, but man, that wait was horrible! That is crazy and had me very worried. That's a lot of people in the hunt for the same job as Dusty. Sunday, October 19, 2014. The first 20 weeks ...

http://michellelynnehurst.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 29, 2014. I'm writing this post to brag on my husband for a few minutes. :). I really do have the best husband in the world! But, off the job thing, and back to bragging about my husband. The stupid thing froze, and we got no where. The next day, Dusty learned how to scan items into the registry from the Target app, so we went back to Target on Saturday, and spent about an hour walking around, figuring out what to register for. Monday, August 18, 2014. They waved at me. It was the best...

a Chandler and Paisley sky: April 2015
http://michellelynnehurst.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 20, 2015. Six months ago, mine and Dusty’s beautiful children were born, 18 weeks too early. Six months ago, I first looked at the faces of my beautiful babies. Six months ago, my children entered this world, and fought so very hard, and tried, so hard, to live. Six months ago, I went to a doctor’s appointment at 9:15, and by 9:45, learned I was dilated to a 4, and was in labor. Six months ago, I was admitted to the hospital, and measures were taken to stop my labor. Tuesday, April 14, 2015.

It’s funny how things change. All I have right now associated with basketball are my friends and memories. And I’m so thankful for those things. I remember just a few years ago when the Big 3 were together and we were having a ball playing the game we love with some of the most professional, talented guys the NBA has ever seen. I want to thank not only the fans of Miami but everyone around the world who has supported our team and who has supported me through this time. I see you posting with #BoshReb...
