Our first stop was in Stillwater. OK I have to say, it is beautiful country in northeast Oklahoma. I searched for a special restaurant to eat that evening and since our next stop would be in Choctaw. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13x9" pan. This recipe calls for 1 cup boiling. Water - I put about 2 cups on to boil before I start mixing, so if some evaporates, etc., I still have plenty*. Mix your dry ingredients in a large bowl. I use a very large bowl - you'll see why. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder.
