I vaguely remember such a time (the internet went public in 1994) but wouldn’t have used it a whole lot before then. Regardless, I came up with a couple presumptuous assumptions (is that reduntant? But I indeed have learned the value in a healthy diet. Over the last week and a half, I have cut dairy out of my diet, as well as dessert pretty much since most dessert contains dairy.
