I’m guessing that my waistline could not handle having that full meal once a week or even once a month, but why not have a treat like these sweet potatoes more often! Chris Cook 70, daughter, sister, loving wife, mom, and grammy passed away Tuesday morning, January 26. 2010 in Salt Lake City, UT after a valiant fight with cancer. Chris was born in Ajo, AZ on March 24, 1939. She was the oldest of four children born to Louie Christianson Lumpkins and Genva (Robinson) Lumpkins.
