The Sledding Hill by Chris Crutcher: Evaluation of the Novel
http://knowledgebowlisthecoolest.blogspot.com/2008/01/evaluation-of-novel.html
The Sledding Hill by Chris Crutcher. Monday, January 7, 2008. Evaluation of the Novel. I still can’t get over the fact that Crutcher talks about himself in the book and that he advertises for another one of his books in. He has a chapter called, “Something About The Author.” He does talk about himself not that flattering, but still it’s annoying to read about an author who inserts himself into his book. Seriously, what kind of an author does that? Ok, this wasn’t the worst book I’ve read, but...As you ca...

Chris Crutcher Novel: Stotan: Blog 3: Nortie
http://stotancc.blogspot.com/2008/01/blog-3.html
Monday, January 7, 2008. Nortie is one of the main characters in the novel. Nortie is also a very good swimmer. He is probably the best one out of the four boys. He is physically fit and not only does he keep himself pushing forward as hard as he can, but he helps the other boys to go their hardest. Nortie is really an amazing character because of all that he goes through and the way he handles his situation. January 11, 2008 at 11:19 AM. January 15, 2008 at 10:41 AM. The Sledding Hill by Chris Crutcher. Monday, January 7, 2008. 8220;And you know what? If Jesus did come back today, like everybody in this church thinks he will before they die, nobody would listen to him. Jesus would do what Jesus would do…He was a rebel. He would be right up here with me, telling you guys that kids can think for themselves and it’s okay for them to read about hard things. In fact I might be Jesus. What about that? Julia Huber : :. Comments on "Whale Talk", by Chris Crutcher. Your 21st century book report. Thursday, January 17, 2008. Child abuse occurs most commonly in single-parent families, and it comes in 3 forms. Physical, emotional, and sexual. Neglect is found in physical and emotional, and is the most commonly found abuse in the United States.
