http://smallages.blogspot.com/2007/06/posi-mood-inducing-nightmares.html
Sunday, June 17, 2007. Was gone. I went in her room, hugged her tightly and she went back to sleep like that. And me, sadly I found some joy in her frightening dream. Her wide eyes that softened with relief when she saw me, and that tight-tight hug, well I've been in a great mood all day. They're mostly from the first few months of this here blog. But now onto my latest batch of random songs:. Got this from Heather's great blog. The Hold Steady,"Take Me Out To The Ballgame". Prinzhorn Dance School, "Up!

Archive for the 'Stephen' Category. Comics A Seven-Year-Old Would Love. Is Stephen’s second greatest love, second only to Lego. Lilian’s Sean. First introduced Stephen to Garfield. In London when the two were about five years old but it wasn’t until a few months ago that Stephen really started understanding the sly jokes and not-so-subtle sarcasm that underlies the comic. He’s also a big fan of. The comic strip is not really Garfield at all. Then it must be good! Other comics Stephen has enjoyed include ...

Guinness world book of car crashes. December 3rd, 2008. Oh, wait. That’s the West Side Story. Crap. Okay, well then just e-mail me and we’ll settle it over a cup of coffee. Now back to this car crash. A place where religious signs are still frequently nailed onto trees along the interstate like Jesus to the cross, after all. Now for the important bit — the car. Man was she a beaut, at least to 16-year-old eyes. 8212; and then run down to help us when we finally came to a halt. 8221; I was obviously delus...

Monday, May 12, 2008. Goombas and Troopas and Bowzer, oh my! Was released and we were in awe of the amazing 16-bit graphics. That this new system provided. I recently got a Nintendo Wii for my birthday (thanks Mom and Dad! I've put in a decent amount of time playing this game lately too, and it is truly remarkable how much of it I can remember. I sometimes look back through my high school and college classmates on Facebook. An accomplishment over 20 years in the making. May 13, 2008 at 4:44 PM. It is fun...

Formerly Fun: Making it Look Easy. Who's Bright Idea Was That?

Making it Look Easy. Who's Bright Idea Was That? Saturday, June 14, 2008. Ok, I feel a rant coming on but can I just say that when we as women decided (at that conference we all attended). Not only would we do most of the family work, but we would aspire to make it look effortless, we totally fucked up. Who's bright idea was this anyway? As I fess up about being on an antidepressant (I was calling them mood stabilizers for awhile because it seemed less sad and more like a glass of wine). We pretend mothe...

Expat Parent Ring: June 2007
http://expatparentring.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 22, 2007. Hey there, is this thing on? I'm seeking advice from any expat parent who has actually had a baby in a foreign land. My first was born back in the US, but the second is due to be born in France in November. I will freely admit that I'm kind of freaking out over the family visits that will follow. Mind you, I'm not freaking out about having the baby in France. I'm actually looking forward to that part. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 10, rue de la charme. Her mind lives in a quiet room.
