Recent work has included large pieces installed on privately owned land. Working with local farmers and landowners - some initially sceptical - Chris has found all have been interested and supportive. A lone walker, she has used the Lake District hills and landscape she knows well - borrowed for a brief time, that is all. Click on an image for more detail and images.

Having left London far behind, Chris has exhibited in her home town and other places in Cumbria but also in some towns in the north of England. Perhaps her urban roots still hold fast in spite of living with views over to the Pennines and the northern Lakes. There are now photos of the exhibition in Carlisle Cathedral and also Brantwood in the New Work section The installation comprised of thousands of abstract figures looking like grasses with footsteps and raw cracked clay.
