Chris and Jasmine's Adoption Blog. Thursday, October 18, 2012. Registered in Russia. Referral in March 2013! Just got word today! We are registered in Russia. The expired paperwork that we had to renew in September slowed the registration process down a few months but now we are officially registered and accepted over there and can expect a referral for a baby boy by March-April 2013. So excited to know a time frame! We know when to expect word now, yay! I had a gut instinct about it being in March too!
