In class we briefly discussed cybersquatting and then were given an assignment on our general views regarding cybersquatting of celebrity or “talent” names. (Assignment and other class members’ opinions found here. Regarding cybersquatting, for the most part I find it to be wrong. What right does a person have to benefit off of someone else’s name?
