Cheese making in Lincolnshire. October 12, 2011. Following on from my theme of butter pats and starting a dairy I recently completed a cheese making course using goat s milk. The course, run by Patty Phillips, was set at her wonderful home, Bridge Farm, near Snitterby Carr in Lincolnshire. The farm is home to Lady the dog, Fred and Barney the Kunekune pigs, Tinker the cat and various chickens, geese and of course goats. The goats are Golden Guernseys.
