Will be a rebuild of the real. Because of some Enhancements it will be much more safer than the original ship. There will be enough lifeboats for all passengers and the ship will be 19 m longer and 2 m widther than. From 1912. The maiden voyage is planed for the late December 1999 from Southhampton to New York. The ship will (hopefully) reach New York in the early January. The billets will be very expensive, so only very rich people can offend enough money for the maiden voyage. Back to Titanic Page.

Britannic - The forgotten Sister. He HMHS britannic was to become the largest of the three Olympic class vessels that were created. She had a double skin, giant sized lifeboat davits, and water tight bulkheads that extended as high as the B deck. Originally called the Gigantic, the britannic had a gross tonnage at 48,158 tonnes! Riginaly the Britannic should get the name Gigantic, but because of the loss of Titanic Bruce Ismay decided to give her the name Britannic. The name Gigantic was originally choosen by Ismay and Thomas Andrews because the last of the three ships should become the biggest Olympic-Class ship. Back to Titanic Page.
