Tuesday, June 15, 2010. In an attempt to eat healthier, home cooked meals I thought I would share some of the more interesting and better tasting meals we've tried. Tonight's was pretty good and easy, too. I am ALL for easy. And as an added bonus, the kids even liked it! We've been several times, and it is always amazing to see these hot air balloons taking off. People everywhere. But it was well worth it.
