Monday, April 4, 2011. General Conference April 2011. The Conference Bingo was just used to color and when he heard a word from the page he called it out and got a candy. Seriously, they say some of those words over and over. It kept him pretty occupied for most of conference. That and making rocket ships out of the crayons. Or trains. But hey, he was there. And here are our apostle pizzas. We had a lot of fun making and eating them. Even if I burnt the bottoms. Oh the plans for next time.

He likes to talk to Andrew and show him his toys, until Andrew tries to eat them. That's not so good in Michael's book. He's very serious about what should be eaten and what should not. We also started a pre-preschool recently with a few of his friends. We get together once a week and have a few little lessons and then play time. Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Joy of the Earth 1. Nature viewers. I rather like the actual nature taped onto them. They looked best fresh. I can't help taking a picture every time they line up in a train. You notice little brothers clutching their big brothers? Andrew insists, his rightful place is behind Michael. We went to the greenway to view our nature. They were pretty good at looking at all the different flowers and colors. Mostly they ran. Can you barely spot Zenock in red at the front?

Thursday, September 15, 2011. Joy of the Body, week 2. But first.here's what goes on when I leave the boys alone:. A tower that reaches the ceiling. Seriously. They were pretty proud of that one. And random cute pictures of cutie little boys. So instead of free play time this year we are doing centers. Here's Felicia doing pictographs with the boys. She amped up the Saxon lesson by using M&M's instead of pictures of girls and boys. Big hit. She's amazing. Today the math lesson had to do with sorting.

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Joy School: Individual Confidence and Uniqueness. Today we missed Joy School because Michael has been sick, but it gave me a chance to catch up on some pictures I took last week. We are doing a unit on individuality and one of the activities was to make outlines of the boys and then color them. As you see, they had some interesting interpretations of themselves.
