California Common, Kolsch. 2007 was all about getting my equipment and process together. I won a few awards, some 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons, including a best in show. But, I was not 100% happy with the consistency of my results. 2008 is all about perfecting the process, continuing to refine classic beer styles, and getting more professional feedback.
