Friday, January 21, 2011. So I had some bone-in chicken with the skin still on that I needed to find a recipe for. I found a pretty basic and super simple recipe and it was good. They say don't over cook so you don't dry it out. I think I over cooked just a tiny bit but apparently that is how my daughter Loves it. She is the hardest to please. 4 chicken breasts, with bone and skin. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 -2 teaspoon Season-All salt or any brand of season-salt. Oven to 400°F. Place chicken in dish.

Thursday, January 28, 2010. Found this frosting recipe on the back of the Nestle Toll House Cocoa container in my cabinet. It is soooo good that I wanna make cupcakes so I can use it again. 3 cups sifted powdered sugar, divided. 2/3 cups Nestle Toll House baking cocoa. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened. 5-6 Tbsp. milk divided. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Then frost whatever or everything. Enjoy :). Ultimate Sugar Cookies (recipe from CRISCO). 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar. 1/4 cup light corn syrup.
